This is the traditional delicious Cuban-style Flan recipe (Cuban-style custard), a very sweet, creamy and rich dessert, made with caramel, eggs and milk (you can use condensed or evaporated milk). It is very easy to make so follow the recipe and you will not want to buy one of those sold in the market anymore!
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
First, to prepare the caramel, add the water and 3/4 cups of sugar into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until
